  the one with the glasses “Orlando” doesn’t seem that he knows what he’s doing. I was there at 11:30 last week and they were still not open the guy that looks like gru from despicable me is lazy and scowls me every time he looks at me. Even the manager Omar will arguing with you

  Place is never open and ready when it’s supposed to be, they will prioritize walk in orders in front of you when my mobile order was placed and paid for first. Last 2 times I went the order was placed and doors were locked when I arrived. Today they weren’t ready again so I wanted to cancel my order I only get 30 min for lunch so I wanted to cancel my order since it wasn’t started they said they don’t know how to work the app and refused to give me a refund. Employees are rude honestly the worst subway I’ve ever been to even the manager is rude

  I ordered online and went to pick up my food. The worker did not say one word to me. He in fact scowled me. I said I'm here for pickup and he got ny bag continued to look and scowl and gave it to me.

  The guy there is very friendly and try to engage with customers all the time atmosphere is very great and it’s very convenient for when I go shopping
