  Ordered a signature sandwich and they just pretended like I was making my own. Told the guy I wanted “everything regular on it” thinking he woulda figured out I wanted it off the menu, so could have been a communication thing on my part but instead of fixing it he just wrapped it up and gave it to me then gave me improper change.

  Stale bread and poorly made sandwiches. Oddly, they don't taste right either, there's something different about them but they do, at least, seem editable. I watched the guy make my entire sub then just squeeze the mayo across the top cause, I assume, he forgot to add it earlier. He wrapped it quickly when he noticed me looking and all the mayo came off on the wrapper when I unwrapped it. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS SUBWAY.

  Management is rude and disrespectful threatened to call the police on me because I asked can he (the manager)toast my sandwich I ordered online got there within 3 mins of placing it and both sandwiches was already made so he said I was my fault for not calling and asking for them to toast it but he toasted one his excuse for not toasting mine is bc it would make the store stink which is crazy bc I got a simple spicy Italian Hoagie and a tuna he toasted the tuna sandwich but refused to toast the Italian nor take the food back so I could get a refund
