  Walked in worried about shipping my custom built PC back for repairs. The FedEx worker was beyond helpful and talked me through the process as he packed the device. It made it where it needed to go with no damage and the team of workers were polite/respectful.

  I've been coming to this FedEx Print & Ship Center for many years, and I honestly can't say enough good things about the team. Many of the staff members have been there for years, and they consistently provide some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. I organize a lot of nonprofit events, which often means I'm walking in with last minute printing requests, changing quantities, or realizing I've estimated something incorrectly. Not once have they made me feel like an inconvenience. Instead, they're patient, friendly, and always willing to help me figure out the best solution. They regularly offer helpful suggestions that save me time or improve the final product, and they genuinely care about getting everything right. Every person I've worked with has been professional, kind, and flexible. What impresses me most is that this team treats every situation as though they personally own the business. That level of pride and commitment is rare these days, and it's the reason I continue to trust them with everything from business materials to event printing. If you're looking for a print shop with exceptional service and people who truly care, I recommend this team without hesitation.
