  I went to this location for a passport photo, and despite offering the service, they didn’t even know the correct size. I waited 20 minutes for an incorrect print on the wrong paper, then waited another 20 minutes for them to fix it. Meanwhile, they served other customers, leaving my task unfinished. I had to keep waiting while they interrupted my job to handle others. In the end, I didn’t get my money back and left disappointed. The service was extremely poor, and I would never recommend anyone get a photo taken at this location.

  Shout out to Anne and Ed, but Anne especially. I do a fair amount of shipping, sending a decent amount of food and sweet treats to friends and family. Anne has been an absolute gem of a human in helping me get this stuff shipped for the past two years. Ed just started but was a good dude. Anne has helped me for the past two years and every package I’ve shipped has been handled with the upmost care. I mostly ship cookies and biscuits, but if I had to ship medicine to elderly family members, I’d trust Anne and Ed to do it.

  Had my wedding seating chart printed here. I had sent the order in late at night and got a call the next day that somehow a black line was running down the center. Lucas told me they would cancel and refund me so I could redo it. Mike (I believe that was his name) also checked it before printing to confirm no error or black lines. They didn't have to call over the black line, didn't have to check it before reprinting but they did. And the customer service I received (being proactive to fix my printing issue) is why they deserve 5 stars. Thank you!

  I came in for some invitations to be made and Lucas was able to help me. He explained the pricing and the layout and how the process worked. I got a good amount of invitations quickly made and I was out the door! Thanks again!
