  Just picked up a print job for 3 PDF presentations and talking points; it was initially estimated for pickup 3 hours from now, but they finished it very quickly! Fast, professional, high-quality service - definitely recommend!!!

  If I could give this zero stars, I would. I needed to get a package delivered on a particular date and the person behind the counter indicated what type of delivery to use. I have a fedex account and charged it to that account. On expected delivery date, I was notified the package would be delayed. I opened up a Case file which did absolutely nothing. Managers did not return my phone calls. Package needed to be there and wound up being delivered 2 days late. Defeated the purpose of sending it in the first place, plus the box was totally beaten up. I went to the fedex office Print and Ship Center on Summit Park drive and asked to speak with the manager since this location is the one I used to ship the package. I was assured the manager, Jeff, would call me back. Never happened. Tried to dispute the charge through this location, they're not interested and quite rude. Tried to dispute it online and was denied. How a shipping company can operate like this is beyond belief. Do NOT use this location and fedex in general unless you absolutely must. Lots of other alternatives that will stand behind the customer and do the right thing. **As a side note and mentioned in other reviews, David who works there is an outstanding employee there and is knowledgeable, respectful and incredible to work with. Unfortunately for me, he was not there the day I shipped my package.

  used this place for multiple times for shipping boxes, printing etc. every time better experience. very good staff, helpful. facility is very nice and spacious. very pleasant experience.
