I received fantastic, friendly service from Jane! I was having a stressful day, felt better once I left here. Jane helped me with exactly what I needed and cheered me up too.

If I could give zero stars, I would I had the worst customer service of my life here I didn’t get help from a single worker. And when I did ask for help they were all rude. Especially Steven. They all looked at me like I was stupid definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this FedEx with their employees.

VERY SLOW UPON IMAGINABLE. The employees need to be retrained.
