  They were sooooo helpful to me in getting a poster board of my best boi home from a conference. They talked me through many options that would be the best for price and timing. Now he hangs happily on my wall! Thank you. It was an unexpected treasure they helped me get home.

  i wanna say this is the best fedex location in all of pittsburgh and just overall fedex too! part of my daily work routine is taking court filings to fedex so i’m here pretty often and every time i walk in, im always greeted with kindness from Delton!! he really is the best and so helpful with everything; he doesn’t rush you, listens to what you’re looking for, and provides his knowledge and expertise on what the best options are for you. plus he’s been around as long as i can remember (and ive been filing since 2020).. thank you Delton for all of your continued help and such incredible customer service!!! you rock! :)

  Very grateful for this FedEx Office location and their help. JAMES is awesome, so helpful. We've had to use them twice for a quick turn on some signage and was great

  Update: The original 5 star review below of the staff at this center still stands. But fedex messed up my international priority shipment bigtime. There was nothing priority about the way it was shipped, delayed by 5 days beyond the estimated time. The package reached the destination country 2 days later than estimated. Then they dropped the ball at the destination with a delivery exception that somehow was resolved without any changes a few days later. I had to miss a deadline because of this mess, and used DHL for the second time which delivered the package over the weekend much sooner than they promised. Will not recommend using FedEx for international shipments. Original review: Was very simple and easy to ship a package internationally. The process was explained to me very clearly, and the right shipping method was offered to cater to my timeline.
