Terrible customer service experience. The employee who tried to “help” me was rude at every turn and actively complained for having to help me 40 minutes before they close because they “close soon.” She seemed very put out for having to do her job at all. I am in the process of moving and needed to ship a few boxes, which seems to be the main thing they do at FedEx. I ended up going to the UPS in Staples and the employee was so helpful and friendly and even after leaving FedEx and driving to Staples, I was still done with the entire process before the FedEx store closed at 6.

Come here if you want to WAIT. Always multiple employees, with only one helping the entire line. They don’t care about you and you’re going to waste time here. Go to UPS or something. FedEx isn’t it.

The big guy often working behind the counter in here needs to work on his customer service skills. He regularly goes out of his way to be rude to people.

I have used this Fedex multiple times and the people there are always helpful and professional. Most recently, I was helped by Paul who was able to get me passport photos and photocopies of everything I needed in a quick visit.
