  I typically have a great experience here as the gentlemen who print out my orders are extremely kind and detail oriented. Today, I went in to pick up a prepaid print order as I have done 100+ times in the last 5-6 years. I stood in the typical place, in line behind a woman who was also receiving a print order. Out of nowhere a new woman who I had never seen before loudly instructs me that if I want help I need to go somewhere else and get in line behind people who were shipping packages. I politely said sure and moved to the line, however, the manner in which she scolded me was extremely rude and condescending. I wasn't in a rush and I think very highly of the other employees of the store so I politely went thru the line and said nothing - but her abrasiveness and overall bad attitude stuck with me enough to write a review. I patronize this business often and I don't expect any special treatment but it would be nice to be treated respectfully and not yelled at like a child. Fix your attitude please, it's a bad look for you, your store and gives a negative view to the other hardworking employees who are nothing but kind and helpful.

  I received outstanding customer service from Paul this morning. I picked up a print order that looked great, and Paul helped me review my options for shipping a large number of items domestically vs internationally. I look forward to using this FedEx for business and personal needs in the future!
