Impossible to find parking. The lot next to them literally employ guards so you can't park there for 5 minutes to send a package. What is the point of a shipping store if you can't access it?

Weird staff there. Along with many people, I stood in front of the line for 15 minutes just to drop off a package. The weird part is, the stuff was not even paying any attention at the people waiting and was just doing her own business at the corner. I had to ask loudly whether any help is available at the service desk. She came, negligently gave me the receipt of the drop-off package and went back to her business completely neglecting the next people in line. What is wrong with this place!?
