  Annie, Michele, and Jimmy were AWESOME! Where in Pittsburgh on a bad day can you get your photo badge that the job did NOT provide , the badge holder, badge reel… I even asked if they knew where I could get an energy drink ? .. guess what?!!! They had those too!!! I like this one located downtown.

  Amazing service from the employees. I had other issues in regards to missing packages to my home. The supervisor/manager Theresa (I think was her name ) went Above and beyond. She treated me like a human being while demonstrating compassion and empathy Theresa explained the delivery process and guided me in the right direction to file a complaint/claim My day was totally made after such a pleasant experience.

  Needed 10 copies of a presentation printed and bound, Chartheresa was extremely polite and helpful and had everything done in under an hour. I will definitely return to this location for future printing/shipping needs.
