  I wish I could give a negative million to this fraudulent delivery company. How could you say y'all delivered something and drive right past by house twice. And the inexperienced delivery driver have no proof that it was delivered and kept both of my packages. Why is this company still in business when FedEx UPS and USPS have better delivery service then this fraudulent company.

  Refused to give me my package sitting on hold at the facility on a Friday that I needed for weekend. Stating they can’t pull it until Monday. Drove 45 minutes for nothing - ridiculous facility.

  Cat and Mitch were absolute LIFESAVERS! Truly appreciate their customer service and willingness to assist me despite the representatives on the phone(not local) being unhelpful. If it were not for Cat and Mitch saving the day I would have written a different review. They both deserve international recognition and raises if you ask me…top tier service! Thanks again you all! Five stars just isn’t enough…they deserve 1000 stars!✨

  Mitch was super helpful. Love working with them. Did you know, you can fill out the forms online and DHL will pick it up from your house? Mitch shared that with me! This DHL does usually take an extra day than other places in the country.
