  No sync with customer care update and the pickup point location. Pickup location persons don’t have clear understanding. If you ask about any info about receipt and changes they can no t give info. They will just say what they see in the system

  DHL doesn't deserve any stars. It is literally hopeless. Don't ever use DHL. Package arrived at 6.40 AM on monday in Pittsburgh, and it is kept on hold and with no delivery date. DHL should be banned. It was supposed to be delivered on the same day. I am not going to use DHL anymore. Why the package has to sit in Pittsburgh for days?

  Whoever is at the front desk told my brother he was able to pick up a package that day and when he got there he was told basically “your package just got off a truck and needs to be sorted” which will in return make it harder to find!?! Rocket science idk!!!! Point of the matter is the front desk lady or whoever works in the back couldn’t go to a truck and pull the dam package off the truck seeing as I passed customs!!! I will 100% be telling the company I ordered from to not ship with DHL
