  The cricket lady (Lina) at the Butler Street location is the bomb ! She is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me not once but 2 times in the same day. Cricket should give her a pay raise it would be a shame to loose her to the competition. Pittsburgh Lenny is highly satisfied with the service she provided.

  This place was wonderful! Phillip was an excellent with customer service. Highly recommend 10/10! Avoid Southside Cricket and head to Lawrenceville Cricket and ask for Phillip!

  From the get go the guy pushed and fast talked me into a 📞 and plan i don't like. Only reason I left metro pcs was because they closed Lawrenceville store. I believe in supporting neighborhood so went here since I live on 45th st. However now going to BOOST. THEY OPENED ON BUTLER AND STANTON. SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!
