  Pretty poor customer service. The workers were short and rude when we didn't understand how our return worked. It felt as though we were being talked down or belittled for not understanding something. Please have more patience with customers who are trying to do the right thing.

  You charged me $6.05 for a bag because it’s a “customer packed return”. NO!!! It was a free return for Amazon. Now I have to waste an hour or more with Amazon to get the $6.05 back, possibly, for a FREE RETURN. I will never come back here. Never

  I came in the other day to drop off a package that I needed to send out. I admit that I made an honest mistake by going to the UPS store and not the post office, but the woman working was very rude to me and made me feel stupid. She grabbed the label and aggressively put it on the box and told me it needs to go to the post office multiple times in a rude tone. She also was rude to a gentleman in front of me and as he walked out she looks at everyone else in line and tells them how you cannot teach common sense.

  Sylvia does a great job - I was there last Thursday and it was packed. She handles requests expeditiously and is very knowledgeable!!

  Sylvia could use some customer service training. She doesn’t look at you and has a general overall negative attitude.
