  Great Experience. I had the pleasure of working with Mike and his Customer service was excellent. Not only did he give me great numbers for my auto insurance and renters insurance bundle but he also was very patient with explaining everything to me and answering all my questions ensuring I was satisfied and understanding of my policy.

  I told them to cancel my policy by email two days ago and yet it’s still active. 1st red flag! I was paying on two homes when I already gave paperwork from my old home being sold months later I find out they were both active on my plan. Not even sure what ever happened with that money! The refund I was supposed to get. 2nd red flag! They had my vin incorrectly in their system which caused me to be fined for not having insurance on my car because the system would not allow them to accept the declaration page with comments on it. For two years my vin was wrong even though I provided paperwork on that since it was a new car at the time. 3rd! I asked to cancel that car recently since it’s sold and I find out a month later it’s still active. I added a new vehicle and have been paying on both plans. Recently I requested to cancel my policy two days ago and guess what it’s till active 😂 Who was I kidding to think they would actually do their job and cancel my policy which I provided a DETAILED request by email! I had to call customer service to be sure it’s cancelled and they stated!!!! It was not! Unprofessional service!

  Recently moved from NYS to PA and was looking to change my insurance as part of changing residency. I’ve been an Allstate policy holder for about 5 years leading up to this, and given rates were still competitive here, I was happy to stay with Allstate following the move. I worked with Angelica who made the process of changing my policy seamless and looked out for my best interest with pointing out some potential gaps in my current coverage and making sure my needs were met!
