  This location deserves 0 stars. The service was extremely unprofessional. Today, every child was turned away when trying to redeem a coupon for a chicken finger meal that was valid throughout the month of June. Two female employees stated that their manager instructed them to tell customers that the coupons provided by the schools could not be honored. These coupons should be assigned to another location if this restaurant is unwilling to accept them. It was clear that customers were choosing other nearby restaurants, all of which had long lines, while this location remained nearly empty. That alone says a lot about the quality of service here. I honestly don’t understand how this location has 3 stars. Based on my experience, it deserves none.

  Ordered at the counter while being the only person in the store, waited about 40 minutes for 2 orders of wings and fries. I should’ve checked the bag in store but I noticed when I got home that it was the wrong flavor of wings. Disappointed:/

  It is always a lot of individuals in the restaurant picking up for Door Dash or Uber Eats. It gets crowded uncomfortable to dine in. 😞
