  i came in to place an order. the african lady asked me if i was picking up a mobile order i said no i was trying to place an order. 5 minutes go by i'm still waiting for someone to take my order. she asks me again if i have an online order i said no, i wanted to place one at that time. she shrugged and continued bagging orders. a young boy walked up to take my order and the kiosk needed a code and he asked the lady what the code was and she just shrugged. she told him they were only taking online orders. i said okay thank you and walked away. first of all, there were no signs around the establishment that specified that there was an issue with the register. second, the lady herself could have said to me they were only placing online orders. instead, she just had a smart attitude and didn't say anything. she was the manager working at the time and it made me question her customer service skills or how she even got the position if she can't diagnose equipment or communicate appropriately with customers. not only that, i used the little bit of spare time i had before work waiting for someone to take my order. thank you to the younger boy who was nice enough to approach me and simply state only online orders.
