  My wife and I both received Teacher Appreciation coupons from Wingstop for this particular location in celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week. The coupons were for a free 10 piece combo meal. The coupons were for this location only and the expiration date is 6/30/26. My wife and I visited this location on 6/15/26 (15 days before the expiration date) and were told that they were no longer accepting these coupons, even though the coupons were still valid. Needless to say, we were very disheartened with this experience. This seems to show that Wingstop (and in particular this location) does not live up to its commitments/promotions and certainly does not value educators.

  This store is horrible. My son’s school gave his a reward for attendance. The coupon is for a chicken strip combo. The coupon is only for this location. We get to the counter & they said we don’t do the coupons any more. The lady wasn’t mean. Just factual about the policy. I asked for the corporate office info. She said she doesn’t know the corporate info. I google the corporate offices & they say they are not honoring the coupons any more. But I can talk to so someone at the store. & since the stores are franchised I can talk to the store. The store said corporate made this rule. The manager calls to inform me of the reason coupons were cancelled. But we still can’t get the combo. I hate you wing stop my son was so sad leaving your store. I could’ve bought a combo meal for him. But I’m not giving you money after what you just did. My child will get a reward, but it won’t be from you .. you just lost a customer… & I will tell everyone about this…

  Service was good I ordered ahead so it was almost ready when I arrived. The only thing was the school gave coupons to the kids and they would not honor the valid coupons said they dont take them anymore. I just felt like I was not only using the coupons but I spent money on the online order they could have honored the coupons.

  What can I say.. Not enough stars for this place. Counter guy Sidhed forgive me if misspelled.. but he was amazing. I don't have a Wingstop where I'm from so when I was looking at the board to order I mentioned I want sure as I hadn't been there in a long time.. He want like OMG one of these.. he was look of ok Cool.. what do you like.. started explaining the different flavors.. Asking what I liked didn't like and then making suggestions off of that.. That's talent and great customer service.. I had a hotel shuttle waiting and they said they were going to leave and come back.. So he ran outside and started talking to the shuttle guy for me to make sure he didn't leave. As for the food.. Way better than the raising Cane's across the parking lot.. better battery fresher chicken.. fries super crispy.. Perfect salt.. this place is great. Management better do everything they can to keep Sidhed. Everyone in there was nice and getting long.. So kudos to management for building a great team. Thanks for the experience and great food!.
