  Made me wait 25 mins only to tell me tenders are not available. The order was sitting right there but no one cared to update. The screen shows order is ready and when I asked, they gave the news. Then they started making the replacement and made me wait another 15. Unbelievable. Multiple workers just hanging out and not doing their jobs.

  Waited 10 mins for the teenage cashier to finish chatting with friends before getting helped, asked for three items and a side of ranch. Wasnt given ranch, had to ask for it again, told i didnt ask to begin with. Got home, one of the boxes of wings was fine, the other box had no sauce on it at all. Chicken overcooked as well, fries way over salted. Will not be going back lol.

  missing items and lying staff ordered 30 boneless wings during the monday 70c wing deal and came in to pick it up everything went smooth staff was nice brought me my food and told me to check it and sign it i asked if there’s meant to be two boxes or one box of wings. i asked if all 30 were there and the lady at the front asked one of the cooks and they said yes and i asked if she was sure and she said yes. i went to my car and counted it out real quick and it was indeed just a box of 20. i went back inside to get my 10 wings stood at the front for 5 mins with the workers just lookin not coming up and then when finally someone came they got another lady w some mean look no apology looked at the bag grabbed 10 wings and handed it to me. zero apologies just attitude i said thanks and left with no apology no nothing just mean looks like im ruining their free time.

  Attempted take out to pay cash. Most unorganized group of people attempting to take my order. 3 people hawking register. Go through the pain of ordering with new employees that don’t know the menu. Get to the end no exact change. Change shortage pretty normal. No. No cash at all. Despicable location.
