  My first time there and will probably be my last. This comes to show you that the food can be great, the location nice and clean, but the customer service is what makes people come back. The cashier didnt have a Name Tag but I walked in 10/12 @ 1PM and watched her sweep the floors for 5 mins before she finally walked up to the register to take my order. No hello, no good afternoon, just looked at me until I placed my order. If you don't care about customer service, I recommend. Great food and it came out quick!

  First the server there didn’t even talk to us(me and my dad) she was very distracted and looked busy didn’t ever ask for our order we had to really try to get her attention. The food was just nasty it was mid and the tenders we’re sickening.There was nobody there maybe 3 employees working nobody at the front nobody would tell you anything. Also we picked the option where you don’t have to pour your own drink from the fountain and yet we had to.There were also no straws. We orders a chicken 2 sandwiches they were slammed . The bottom piece of a hand burger bun then a piece of chicken which was small and then the top of the bun was also thrown, it was just all messy and weird we also made out order at 10:35 ish the morning for 12:15pm carry out we got there at 12:16 and our order was still not done. We had to wait 15 more minutes it was very inconvenient. I went with me and my dad. Never coming back!

  This place is so slow. Like crazy. Like the name is short for Wing Stop And Wait An Hour. Then I see my mobile order there for pickup and I still gotta wait another 10mins just to talk to the person cause I know she gonna snap at me if I just grab it myself. Close this joint

  Omg. attention General manager. Please visit this store. Its absolutely disgusting and concerning. License and inspection should be called. There's no way you've visited your store!!! My profession is quality control. 1- they have fly tape full of flies hanging over the register 2- the soda machine area is filthy sticky. You can tell it's never wiped down, only restocked 3- the registers are full of dust stuck on all the cords 🤢 4- Floors, windows. I just wanted to throw up. When I asked for a refund ( because I was disgusted),I asked for a manager. She told me she was the manager I said this store is filthy. She tried to say she was in vacation. I said no way this been like this for months. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢😡😡😡Do something!
