  Excellent customer service even with the horrible program that they now have to use to pay for your mailbox. Old program was better. They always take good care of me and my needs. Thank you so much.

  Niki is amazing!! She is beyond helpful. I drive quite a distance to get to this UPS Store simply because of how efficient she is.

  I was in the UPS store and an amazing gentleman, HARRY is Outstanding at his job!! Also at the end, Lisa helped me with some questions. I wish ALL places of business could have Associates like Harry and Lisa. I got really lucky, thank you so much Harry and Lisa.

  It used to be faster staff ever for years. Now there is a line almost every time, it looks to be a new set of staff they look sad to be working and s very slow pace. It is a domino effect effect they don’t want work because it is busy then it gets busier and busier..

  I have never had any issues with this store and I ship an package about 1x a month. All staff are very nice and respectful.
