  The new hire Dave did a great job helping me with numerous tasks that varied across services (UPS, USPS, etc), and had friendly conversation along the way. I found out on my way out the door that he was in training! Never would have known. Great job, Dave. Keep up the good work, and congrats on the new gig. See ya again soon to mail more snail mail to my grandma!

  I took what should have been a simple print job to the UPS Store but for some reason the settings I’d used weren’t aligning with theirs and the text kept coming out really small. Despite the fact that it was late and almost closing, Danielle went out of her way to help me, taking time and energy to troubleshoot until everything was just right. And she remained patient, unflappable, courteous and kind throughout. Hers was the kind of customer service that has you leaving a place of business feeling better than when you entered.

  I have been using this UPS Store for all of my business and personal shipping needs, and the experience is consistently excellent. The location is ideal, situated perfectly for a quick stop during a busy day, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. One of the standout features of this location is the ease of returns. Whether I’m dropping off a pre-labeled package or handling an Amazon return, the process is incredibly streamlined. I am usually in and out within minutes, which I deeply appreciate as a busy professional. A huge shout-out to Jay, who runs a very tight ship. His leadership is evident in how the staff operates; they are professional, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure packages are secure. It is rare to find this level of reliable customer service in shipping, and Jay makes sure this store remains the gold standard in the area. Highly recommended!
