  Tasha was absolutely phenomenal. I came in needing items packed and shipped, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was boxed securely and professionally. She was knowledgeable, patient, incredibly kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Customer service like hers is rare these days. She turned what could have been a stressful errand into an easy and pleasant experience. If you’re visiting this UPS Store, do yourself a favor and ask for Tasha.

  If only all experiences could go this smooth -- Tasha was an incredible help. She was to take an odd sized bundle of paperwork and digitize the records, saving me a ton of time.

  This is by far the worst UPS store I have ever been to. The employees could not be any worse. Absolutely zero customer service. Screaming from the “manager” in the back listening to her cell phone on full volume and zero willingness to help with anything beyond scanning a prepaid label and haphazardly throwing it in a bin.
