  Jay and the Steph here are always incredibly friendly and super helpful. Feels like a real neighborhood spot even though it’s a part of a large corporation. 10/10, UPS needs to give jay a raise because he attitude he brings to work Every day is contagious for customers.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simply the Best UPS Store in the Region: 6717 For over half a decade, the staff at The UPS Store 6717 has been absolutely exceptional. I utilize this location's mailbox services to manage my business correspondence and seamlessly accommodate potential future address changes, and the consistency they provide is unmatched. With porch pirates being a constant concern these days, having the peace of mind that this location secures your packages regardless of size—whether it is a standard letter or a gigantic heavy box—is invaluable. They always come through. Period. The owner of this facility is incredibly personable, inviting, and engaging with everyone who walks through the doors. Even when faced with tremendously long lines, she actively works to get customers in and out as promptly as possible without ever sacrificing the quality of her interactions. What truly sets this location apart is the resilience and positive attitude of the team. I have watched the employees occasionally deal with frustrated or difficult customers—almost always due to shipping events completely out of the store’s control. Despite this, the team still finds a way to attempt to smile through everything, consistently giving the absolute most engaging and welcoming customer service imaginable. This store is proudly owned and operated by a U.S. Navy veteran. Her honorable service in our military directly reflects in her professionalism and sharp attention to detail, specifically when dealing with customers—a standard of excellence and operational discipline I instantly recognize and deeply appreciate. There couldn’t possibly be a better UPS store in the entire state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey that compares to this location. If there were a “Best of Philadelphia” award for shipping and logistics, this store should undoubtedly be a multi-time winner. Highly recommended and Thank You for your service (TIMES TWO)! 🏅🏆🥇

  I was waiting in line patiently for a person to help me and rude associate forced me to use the self checkout without giving me any real instruction even though I repeatedly said I don't know how to use the self check out. I went back up for help and the employee just laughed and said you can do all on that machine instead of helping. very rude and dismissive. I'm not sure if I returned my packages correctly. I won't be going back there again.
