  I LOVE UPS STORES, but this one is my absolute FAVORITE UPS STORE! The staff is very helpful and professional and the Manager is so professional and witty that I hop the Regional Rail to this one and make up reasons and other errands in order to justify my trip into Center City so I can go to this one instead of another one I like that I can drive to. Thanks for your patience and professionalism always!

  The young woman working there with the bandana was incredible. There was a customer being rude to her, the phone was ringing off the hook, and people were lining up, yet she remained kind, professional, and friendly the entire time. She was working completely by herself, which made her even more impressive. I have no patience for people who are rude to someone who is clearly working hard and doing their best. GIVE HER A RAISE, she absolutely deserves it! She was working on June 8, 2026, around 6:30 PM. (Felt bad bothering her for her name)

  Ever since introducing a self checkout scanner, workers will do what they can you not personally take your package. They will refuse to get up if sitting at another location and not at the front desk.
