  Dropped off packages at this store after a conference. Pre-labeled UPS packages all ready to go. There is a simple sign in window that you need to check in packages (very reasonable) but they fail to mention they want you to do this so they can add a $5 fee for checking in each package. It dishonest to push another fee until AFTER they scan the packages without full disclosure. The store knows you got no where else to go and they got you dead to right so you'll pay up. Since there is no sign and no notice UNTIL AFTER you check the packages in, I feel its intentionally deceitful as the whole system is set up to subject you to unnecessary fees.

  AMAZING UPS Store. I read over some of these reviews and have no idea how folks don't see you have to be at the Convention Center (guest or vendor) to access their store. I was a vendor that utilized their service and it was one of the best highlights of my trip at the Convention Center. It might be because this is a family owned business but I loved everything about speaking with the owner himself and his daughter. They were so friendly and just a delight to work with. I use a lot of UPS Stores and this by far ranks as the #1 I've ever engaged with across the United States. Job well done and keep going!

  The black female is rude and ignorant and her approach is different based on your race. Her helper gad to measure my item three times never writing it down. Took 38 minutes for something other UPS stores 10.

  This location is inside the convention center and may not be open to the public when there is not an event. Ignored by the owner/operator for 10 minutes in a sweltering space. Then I tried to drop off an Amazon return and they refused to take it unless I bought a box. Poor business practices and service here.
