  Dropped off packages at this store after a conference. Pre-labeled UPS packages all ready to go. There is a simple sign in window that you need to check in packages (very reasonable) but they fail to mention they want you to do this so they can add a $5 fee for checking in each package. It dishonest to push another fee until AFTER they scan the packages without full disclosure. The store knows you got no where else to go and they got you dead to right so you'll pay up. Since there is no sign and no notice UNTIL AFTER you check the packages in, I feel its intentionally deceitful as the whole system is set up to subject you to unnecessary fees.

  NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. This store is on the 2nd floor of conference center, and if you’re not a member, security won’t let you go up. I had to find out the hard way after lugging two heavy boxes for 3 blocks.

  Why does this place exist if it's not available to do anything? Can't ship a package. Can't even get inside. No one answers the phone when you call.

  Store open only for the convention center. located on 2nd floor. public can not come into the UPS store.
