  The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The Black woman with short hair initially agreed to accept my two Amazon return packages, one of which weighed about 100 pounds. I unloaded both packages and brought them into the store. After that, she suddenly told me she would not accept them because they were not in boxes. Her attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. She even told me to leave the store and said, “I don’t work for Amazon.” I explained to her that the store already accepts Amazon returns, so I didn’t understand that response. I also explained that Amazon had sent the items to me without boxes because of their large size, so I was returning them the same way. Instead of trying to explain the policy professionally or help resolve the situation, she was dismissive and incredibly rude. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a store. Even one star feels like too much.

  Overall I like every single one of them but I like the man name Will he is so enthusiastic big help and calm man. Thank you for keeping the store opened.
