  *SCAM ALERT * i send iphone 17 pro max by the store to florida. They say it will go in 5-7 days! First 15 days it was processing.. Then i call them about my phone. Now they say it was lost!! 1400 dollars phone!! they steal my phone. They seamers.

  After a laughably bad experience trying to return an Amazon package at Staples, I came here for attempt #2. Another customer was using the self-serve return kiosk, so the man behind the counter waved me over and helped me immediately even though I would have been fine to wait. I was in and out in 20 seconds. Great customer service!

  Will and Davion are great! They are very friendly and helped us print address labels at the store. Will made the process very easy for us. We are happy to have this store in our neighborhood and would definitely use again for printing services!

  Update- they charged me twice. When I emailed the owner I never got a reply. I had to call the store today to get an answer, and they said I have to come back in person to get refunded for their fraudulent charge on my card. Be careful paying for anything here with a card, and make sure to check your bank statement. Really overpriced printing. I was charged 75 cents per page for simple black and white text. The other UPS I used to go to only charged 15 cents for black and white, so I was gobsmacked when I was charged $29 for 32 pages of text documents. Never coming back here again!
