  I am in town for a couple of days and needed to get a very important document notarized and shipped overnight. I called the store before I arrived and spoke with Jay and came in and got it done in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely come back next time I’m here on business.

  This UPS store is really well run. It was chaos in there today with a line out the door and Eric worked through it calmly and efficiently and then was very helpful to us for notary services and international shipping. We’ll keep coming back to this location for great service!

  I came into The UPS Store to get some documents notarized and was greeted right away by two employees. I explained that I needed documents notarized, and Eric assisted me through the entire process. He explained everything step by step, including which pages needed signatures and stamps. He was very respectful, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. While helping me, he was also able to delegate other tasks and keep everything running smoothly. The customer service from both employees was excellent. Everyone who came into the store was acknowledged and treated respectfully. I watched them assist multiple customers with packages, shipments, and carrier pickups, and they stayed organized and on point with everything they were doing. I was very impressed with how professionally the store was run, and I will definitely be coming back again.

  I walked in on Saturday morning to get a personal mailbox setup and Tanisha was a huge help. She was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy. I highly recommend this location and their lovely staff!

  This store should be shut down. Poor ownership leads to poor service. I am unsure how to reach someone above this store but I hope this finds the people higher up from the prices to the lack of welcoming energy, this store is nothing like it was a year ago ! I’d advise everyone to find a better UPS Store !!
