  I was so lost dealing with my phone provider who first sent me a replacement phone that over heated, then another replacement for the same phone BUT ALSO a replacement fo my other phone number that I had not ordered nor wanted. This was followed by conflicting instructions from different Tmobile people and new labels each time. The UPS store owner took control of the return of these three devices and was on the phone with Tmobile Daniel in customer service to facilitate the correct return of these three devices. I am grateful for my good luck to have chosen this UPS store at 2549 N. 54th St. for help.
