    This location maybe newly renovated.but this is the worst location. The girls behind the counter have no idea how to make a sub. Worst of all, they’re very stingy with any of the toppings. Visit any other location other than here. I’m flabbergasted at some of these reviews that actually are positive because I’ve tried giving them multiple chances and I’m disappointed every time.

    Team member may have been only one in store, was visibly in back on phone when I entered and continued to scroll on her phone for a few minutes before coming out. She then wouldn’t listen and kept assuming what I wanted — grabbing the wrong bread, putting toppings on I hadn’t asked for, and then I had to repeat several times the toppings I didn’t ask want. She was beyond rude and then charged me for a meal when I specifically started the order asking about the 4.99 sub of the day. I had to ask for a receipt after seeing she overcharged me. She tried to say she was doing me a solid because it’s “cheaper” when it is in fact not cheaper because I didn’t ask for the meal. I cannot imagine coming back to this location with even the tiniest chance that I encounter her again because she was so disrespectful and literally wouldn’t listen when I spoke (maybe because she was listening to whatever was in her earbud). It was actually one of the worst interactions I’ve had in a restaurant and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. It definitely stinks that she seemed to be working her shift alone. Also, I was the only customer in a silent store so it seems unlikely that she couldn’t hear me. She seemed pissed off with me from the moment she heard the door open and I mean, I get it. Working food service is not the most glamorous job, but on a human-level, I’m just trying to eat and not get overcharged and she made that very very difficult. Lord, I would’ve happily made my own sandwich had I been allowed behind the counter — maybe it would’ve improved her mood if she wasn’t actually being asked to do her job 🤷🏻

    Store is always clean, food is always fresh and attendance, always kind. Staff ALWAYS use gloves when serving. At least that has been my experience. Raman is the friendliest of them all.

    Wonderfully surprised by the good taste, and RAMAN is so sweet. I recommend the place 100% 🥰🥰🥰

    This is my favorite Subway! Everyone is the best! And I take my special needs client twice a week! He loves it there, and gets great service!
