  i went here with my sister and her boyfriend before going to the airport. we ordered our sandwich’s and the lady was being very rude. we checked out and everything was fine but when we went to go refill our drinks we saw a roach on the floor. we immediately took a picture and showed the two workers there, but they started saying it came from outside and it didn’t matter because we were in the other side of the restaurant. we got upset so we told the lady we wanted a refund because we felt that was very disgusting to eat at a place that isn’t clean. they refused to give us a refund and gave us an attitude. they gave us half of our amount we paid but at the end of the day we felt disappointed and disgusted with our service. never coming again

  Disgusting terrible service and they have roaches ! Couldn’t even refund and got a manager who don’t know who to answer their phone. Terrible terrible terrible

  It was 4pm Sunday 5/17/26 and the door is locked, the employee see’s me at the door and she ignores me for the whole 5 mins I was standing there. I then call the store and of course no answer. Horrible way to run a business.

  This Subway location in the Penrose Plaza Shopping Center has very professional staff members that care about the quality of food that each customer receives. The staff prepared my order quickly and all the ingredients were great Keep up the good work 👍
