  Dropped off a package at the FedEx Ship Center near PHL airport last Friday. It’s now Tuesday night and they JUST scanned it in. Four days to acknowledge a package that was sitting in their drop box literally on their property. Zero urgency, zero accountability. Absolutely unacceptable.

  I’m writing to express my sincere thanks and appreciation of working with one of this locations employees, Trish. I’ll spare the logistical details here but Trish went above and beyond and communicated with me directly and efficiently to make sure I was able to retrieve my package (which was for a work event and very important that I receive it on-time). It was nice to be treated like a person from someone working at a company so large. Thank you, Trish!!

  This is for truckers. If this is your first time pu/del to this fedex location early morning or at night and if you don't see nobody in the c7 building, then go to to building c8, it's on the other side all the way in the back.
