Drop off 1 package. Outstanding service.
I go to fedex offices and ship centers frequently. This is the only location where I have seen the staff go above and beyond to help customers, including myself and others that I witnessed while in line.
If i could leave a zero star review i would. I have emailed corporate as well, and that i have lost over 3 weeks of my life with them because of their so called "delays". I was suppose to get a package on Sunday 5/31. Today is now a week and still no response from anyone. They keep saying were working hard to find it. Yeah okay i keep hearing that, and i get nothing from them. There should be ZERO excuse for this service as i ordered the same product from amazon and i got it in a 13 hour window. They should be able to delivery FROM KENTUCKY to Philadelphia in 3-4 days MAX and here were now at almost 2 weeks. This is absurd.
I missed them on Friday, was notified they would try again the next business day, Monday. I took my once a week work from home day Monday so I could sign for it. They did not attempt redelivery. I then TOOK A DAY OFF to stay home to sign for it Tuesday. They came while I was SITTING IN MY LIVING ROOM but for whatever reason they DID NOT KNOCK. USPS opening my mailbox made noise so I happened to check the door and saw a "We missed you" notice. Absolute bullshit.
Received a text saying my package was on a truck for delivery at 6:44am with a picture of the driver. The package didn't come. Called fed ex and they said it wouldn't be delivered for two more days!!!! I asked if their system tells customers lies and the guy answered Yes!! OMG!! Unreliable, the worst, and they lie!
