  People were standing off to the side but not in line didn’t know where to stand. But I got my package and was out the door. The lady there was good and fast.

  Fedex has the worst delivery service ever. They used to be top notch. Walmart, chewy and any other businesses need to switch from Fedex to a more reliable delivery service. This is my second horrible experience with trying to get my package delivered. First time delivery drivers delivered my package to wrong house. I had to go through and obstacle course just to get a replacement. The replacement came from Chewy, thank you Chewy. Fedex did nothing. Second order was supposed to have been delivered on 8/21/26, between 9 and 1pm. I reached out to Fedex around 11am asking for status update because my package made it to Philadelphia, PA, however it never moved upon arrival. I was told about some delay and it won't be delivered until 8/24/26 before 8pm. Who in their right mind d wants to wait all day for a delivery. This makes no sense and if I can ever choose my delivery service it sure won't be Fedex.
