  Who does the training, a baseball coach. They throw your packages on the porch. Just because you have ring does not mean you know who is at the door. It chimes when someone is walking by. You don't know what is in the package. The package I received today was thrown on the porch after wetting it down. Now the package is wet. Just the worse! What happens when something gets broke, is Fedex going to pay

  Can someone please tell me how to get Fedex to stop leaving packages in a place that is not safe? Because the normal ways don't work. Clearly they don't actually care. Apologies to this particular location, this is where I would like to be picking up my packages but drivers keep leaving them in places that get them stolen.

  Very bad customer service experience with the woman who was working there at 5:45 pm on June 20th. If she was just having a bad day then I understand and truly have compassion for her. We all have those kinds of days. Either way maybe some customer service training on bedside manner would be helpful. I hope this well meaning feedback is helpful. 🙏❤️
