  If I could give less stars, I would. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, I get rejected for some reason and I can’t send my package. There is one lady who is atrocious and horrible to me every single time. Last time she said I can’t send a package without an account number and this time she said I have to have my PHYSICAL ID, not a picture on my phone. I have never EVER shown an ID to send a package. WORST SERVICE EVER!

  Walked in today around 2:45-2:50 pm to drop off a package and the man that was in the front was extremely rude . He raised his voice and told me “I need the package up here” I’m pregnant and package was too heavy , told him I needed assistance and tape to seal the package he deliberately gets louder and refuses to assist and yells that I need to place the package on the counter. He swears off to get another man from the back exclaiming that I said something negative to him when all I asked for was for assistance with the heavy package. The other man comes from the back and apologizes for the inconvenience and assist me immediately. Extremely unprofessional customer service from that first man with the glasses .

  I’ve come in here for the last four years and while all the female workers are so sweet the same male manager is so rude. He’s never nice. I always try to give him a chance, and he never ceases to amaze me on how rude he can be over literally nothing. I don’t think I’ve ever interacted with him without him being rude or a matter of fact with me and always finding a reason to tell me something is wrong. However, anytime he’s not in there I have absolutely no issue with things. This time he tried to claim he didn’t have any boxes to give me to protect the very expensive print job I just had done there. While there’s literally a box right in front of me. He claimed that he wasn’t allowed to give it to me.. How does that even make sense??
