  Not open during posted open hours. We waited and woman strolled up 45 minutes after posted opening time to open up the location. And when it was opened, a simple drop-off turned into dealing with an employee who obviously hates her job made us do the scanning at the self help kiosk. She is completely useless at her job.

  The older Black woman working there was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I asked one question and she made some smart comment, but meanwhile the woman in front of me took 5-10 minutes. You expect better customer service, especially when you’re paying for a service. I hope that lady has the day she deserves!

  The B lady employee who assisted customers was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited in line for over 10 minutes, and when it was my turn, she refused to help me because she said I was on the phone, then immediately called the next person. I felt discriminated against and disrespected. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
