This place sucks Employees don't seem 😒 very knowledgeable about returning equipment to AT&T l was trying to return 2 separate items and they try to insist that they would give me a receipt that listed only 1 item. Sorry but that's not going to work for me . I took both items back and walked out the store.

UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE!!! SMH
I walked in at about 335 pm. No one at the register which is fine. So i stood and waited, started getting what i needed from my phone. Someone approached the register and i guess stared at me without a word for about 3 minutes while i finished. I looked up to a tall female yet no words. I told her what i wanted and at that point i learned that she atleast knew enough english to say can i help you. After completing my order i said thank you twice, still nothing. Lol customer service is amazing!!! Smh a line started and another employee approached the next register appropriately, asking if she can help who's next. Round of applause to her. Which is the way that im use to bring handled as a customer.

Good place to self service print, easy, convenient
Waited over 20 minutes for printing service. They claim the printer wasn’t set up but meanwhile taking other customers and answering phones. Never did “set up” their printer. I should’ve left sooner but definitely don’t come here

The driver came through the front and tossed a 37lb package at my feet as I was asking if they were for me. He completely ignored me and walked out, drove off. Even worse is trying to call and speak with someone at FedEx, it’s robocall hell.
