I truely hate fed ex. like i have a fractured ankle and told them i was unable to physically pick up my package called them asked if i can have my significant other pick it up and i wasn’t told u till day of id need an ID for pick up. This has been my worst experience with delivery ever …. now my package is being held hostage because i can’t physically pick it up the address im at can’t have mail sent here and ive done everything i can verified myself and all to have them allow my significant other to pick it up for me. He does not have the same address on his id. So they are making someone physically unable to move …. Move to get their package after communicating their circumstances. The company policy’s SUCK. Not everyone has a matching address to their IDs….

First time shipping something out through FedEx, spoke with Mona (I think that was her name) and she was super helpful, got me in and out quick.

The young lady on duty was so kind. I forgot to get her name, but I greatly appreciate her help when I was dealing with a tough situation. There is still goodness in this world 😊

I came & to use the print & go! Although the level of frustration from waiting for the email to come through was frustrating, what kept me calm was seeing the awesome customer service from your associate Leo! I listened/ watched Leo handle 10 plus customers in 25 mins! Leo knew what they wanted almost before asking! Not ONE customer left unsatisfied. One customer left their ID & when they returned after 15mins later Leo immediately remembered the customer & handled two customers at once! I didn't even need Leo's help, but before I left I had to yell him how impressed I was with the level of customer support he gave! I live in Uptown & would drive 20mins just to experience customer service like this! If I could give 15 stars I would. Its 11pm at night & I came to the store at 1pm, I couldn't lay down before I wrote this review! Treat Leo well & whatever their future endeavors, I know you will shine! You got it Leo!
Leo ,an association, is the model of excellent customer service. Even up until 5 minutes of closing she was calm, courteous, and beyond helpful. A very hard worker that deserves praise, a promotion, and definitely a raise. Definitely restored my faith in FedEx.
