  DHL made sure that my very critical package was delivered promptly from the U.S. to Germany. The Philadelphia agent, Vee Sharma, worked with me to make certain that the package would arrive before my deadline, even though complications arose with the mailing address. He carefully garnered information and together with his experience and knowledge addressed my package correctly despite contradictory zip code information. After sending it, he followed my package to ensure that it did indeed arrive without a problem and then called me to confirm. I am sincerely grateful to Mr. Sharma and to DHL for their professional expertise and caring processing of my package. This was the best overseas shipping experience I've ever had.
