  It was my 1st time at this location. Years ago, I used to go when they were around the corner from where they are now. Anyway, I wasn’t sure how to change my iPhone XR SIM Card to another phone that my mom used to have. Rose was so helpful. I actually had to go twice within an hr bc I couldn’t figure it out on my own. lol Rose took time to show me & explain the process. She definitely went the extra mile & I greatly appreciate it. She was very caring & kind. When I’m ready to upgrade, I’ll be sure to return when Rose is there! THANK YOU AGAIN!! 😊

  Horrible service, the lady with the red hair has a terrible attitude and don't no how to talk to people. I will never go to back to this location again! Not only that she wasn't about to give me my money back. Wants to speak to an manger or store owner immediately
