  I lost my cell phone so I went to the store to purchase a SIM card for my old cricket phone and I was turned away and told that they do not sell just SIM cards that she could not help me. I was pissed off because I know that I can purchase just only a SIM card. They wanted me to pay the activation fee, but I can activate my own card to cricket self services.

  This was the ghetto-est experience ever! Had no shoes on, on the sales floor, and was on the phone the whole time while tending to me. Sales rep kept talking to me about leasing a phone when I wanted to buy one.

  Nice kids but really unprofessional. You should never argue or say the things that I heard, and insult each other in front of customers..... I pay attention. And the girl should get that cough with her mask down checked out🤦🏿‍♀️
