  They wouldn't let me be my e bike in the store I was not busy in there. And all I had to do is pay a bill. Now I have to find another cricket store. Now I have to go all way out my way to pay my phone bill. SMH

  I want to compliment the store representative, Jazz, for her excellent customer service. She was very kind, helpful, and patient while assisting me. Jazz made me feel welcomed and took the time to make sure I got the help I needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism made my experience at the store truly great. Thank you, Jazz!

  Desde la primera vez que pregunté por un servicio fui a la tienda y YURAIMA fue muy amable y servicial. Eso fue muy importante para decidirme contratar un servicio con Cricket. Toda empresa debería contratar personas como ella

  Horrible customer service. 1st the lady had the door locked. Then I was asking her questions about certain items and she kept telling me I'm new and have no idea. She suggested that I go to the cricket store off broad. Very unprofessional. I been a customer for about 10 years and this is the worst encounter I have experienced.
