  My son went in and MARCUS was working he said he was from another store. He was very rude & ignorant and would not get on the phone to speak to me in order for my son to upgrade his service and to buy a NEW I PHONE 17! in cash! He was denying to talk to me and was so rude to my son. And my son said he was treating other customers disrespectfully also! So my son left to go to best buy to purchase a phone. Im very disappointed in the customer service he recieved to the point I may take my 5 phone family plan elsewhere! He's lucky I wasn't there i would have raised hell, treating a young man like a street thug!? He should be reprimanded for his actions!😤😡🤬🤬🤬🤬
