  My experience was nothing of spectacular. The cricket wireless representative helped me with questions, walked me through the signup process from start to finish. Had some laughs regarding my 5yr old Samsung phone. Lol i cannot remember his name he works at the cricket location in Philadelphia, PA 5607 N 5th St 19120. He has long dread locs, African American, dark skin and was very respectful. Give this man a raise. The manager was flawless as well. 100 stars if possible! Thank you. Atmosphere was nurturing, fun, great energy and swift.
