  I came in a few weeks ago with a problem from another store sown at chelton ave. The young lady named Rachel helped me out and got me the correct part. 3 weeks later i came back because come to find out I did not need it. Even though it was past the time I could return it, she did it anyway and also got me another part I thought I needed. Fast forward to today, and it turns out I didn't need that one either. My son in law damaged the part and Rachel still returned it for me. I am an older man so money is scarce. Rachel was amazing and helped me out tremendously. Because of her I will always be a customer of advance auto.

  The manager to this store is horrible. She didn't want to solve my issue with the defective part, and had a real bad attitude. She didn't want to give me my refund, so I told her that I wasn't going to argue about money, they can have the part as I displayed my disgust, and that I'll take the loss, and as I went to leave the store, she took the part and threw it at me on top of the counter. Not professional at allllll. I contacted Corporate and they need to look at the recordings, and fire her. 06/06/26. I Whet to the other store on Levick, and they immediately solved my issue.

  Took way to long to answer the phone at 10:30 am. Called to price a battery. Unfortunately it took over 25 minutes and no response other than "please hold". Won't be getting my business like ever. Too bad.

  I want to take a moment to compliment your employee Maria. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. I called the store to inquire about a part I needed, and she went above and beyond searching for two different variations on my behalf since I wasn’t completely sure which one I needed.Once she confirmed the item was in stock, she had it ready at the counter. Unfortunately, I realized I needed the other version due to my own mistake. Even then, she remained patient, understanding, and immediately retrieved the correct part without hesitation. I truly appreciated how she made me feel yesterday—like a valued customer. Thank you so much, Maria.

  I went to the store to get a part for my vehicle. A woman that I spoke with attitude was unpleasant she was was very nonchalant and snaky while eating her noodles in front of me very unprofessional from what I observed. She would give me a hard time about me having a commercial account as if I was lieing about having one after giving her my credentials. Service should had been better all around, especially when I asked for 5 1/2 box in wrench availability. Ma'am if you dont want to work there quit! I know there are other people in the city that will gladly do your job with a welcoming disposition. I could say more about other actors but I'll digress.
