  This is an incompetent location. I mailed a package to a box holder in March, USPS tracking said it was delivered on March 26th and yet today they say it's missing. I've posted pictures of the piles of unsorted packages to Parkesburg Business Action Committee, Parkesburg Borough, UPS on FB and Instagram and filed a request from the USPS. UPS corporate headquarters has even called me but to no avail. This location loses packages and can't get them to boxholders. DO NOT rent a box here if you want your mail. Abject fail on management and owner of this location.

  I paid for an overnight package sent from this store on Friday morning with the expectation that it would arrive at the bank's destination for Monday. It did not arrive until Wednesday with tracking suggesting the package was given to UPS after the cutoff time. My receipt has a time stamp of 10:30 am on Friday. UPS customer service said to call the store I sent it from so I did. Kelly/from the store said she reached out to UPS and said she'll call me back on status. I called back to speak to Kelly the following day and was told that she spoke directly to the driver since tracking said it went to yet another state. But UPS customer service has no record of ever speaking with her. Kelly (and Cade) also said that a refund (since my package was not handled at the time I had paid for) has already been initiated but again customer service did not have record of their store requesting for reimbursement. Because of their mishandling of my package that contained my payment, I defaulted on my account. All the hardship I experienced due to UPS and this store's lack of accountability, I hope no one else goes through. If you can help it, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE FROM THIS STORE.
