  Stopped this morning to return an Amazon package. The lady working the counter was extremely rude. Very annoyed that she had to repeat herself. The gentleman working was nicer.

  I stopped by to return an item to Amazon with the correct labels they provided and the lady behind the counter told me I had the wrong labels before even looking at the label we had. Then she wanted to charge us $300 to ship when we have a pre paid shipping label! She has always been difficult to deal with and this was the last time I will deal with this store. Suck because I am an UPS employee and try to support the individual stores but not now. Mail in more handle it correctly for me and will have my business going forward

  I just find out that when you return something and they print a label for the item you're returning you need to pay $1 for each print. And sometimes I return more than 5 items that I need to pay for all of them.

  So easy and quick when I have to return packages. Kris is so kind and helpful at the Parkersburg location! :)
