The lady working at this subway needs to go. Highly disrespectful and rude. Extremely slow service and phew…just wouldn’t be nice.
Subway should find someone else to help people, this isn’t the 1st time and not acceptable anymore

entered the store 5 minutes before I was due to pick up my order. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I could grab my fountain drinks while he finished preparing the order. He said yes and watched me grab 2 medium cups. I collected the beverages from the fountain and continued to wait. I was there another 10 minutes. Well past my pickup time now. He then informed me that I only got (1) drink. I apologized forgetting that one of my orders changed to not include the combo when I ordered it. I informed him I would dispose of the second drink. Then he continued working on the order. As he packed up the order he THEN informed me that I had ordered a small drink rather than the medium. I apologized, not having realized that I grabbed the wrong cup. He gave me the correct size and I TOLD him I’d simply pour it into the smaller cup. He said okay. I came back w the small single beverage for my order. He brought out whom I can only assume was the manager and he complained that I disposed of the other drinks. He DEMANDED that I pay for them. I told him what happened, that I was clear w the associate about my mistake and what I was doing and he simply said okay and allowed me to proceed rather than ask me or inform me of what they would have preferred. The attitude from this manager and the ignorance in yelling at me and telling me one cup cost him personally $3 was unnecessary - I’ve worked for subway in the past and cups are dropped, people take them for water, multiple things are done to “cost them money” and not only that, I currently work in food service. As a manager. The CENTS that the COMPANY might lose from a mistake that simple does not outweigh the business they’ve now lost going forward. The $40 that I spent on my food tonight and the potential for my continued business should have encouraged this man to not be blatantly rude and ignorant and cost him more than $3 in business going forward
