  This store is the crème de la crème of the UPS stores. It is managed very well. Ralph is the best! He raises the bar for customer service, multi-tasking, helping customers, efficiency, organization, etc, etc. He adds a dose of humor too. On occasion, he is a one man show, and he handles it all flawlessly. He doesn’t miss a beat. Thank you immensely Ralph for all of your great help, service and patience. And, of course, you too Drew! I appreciate both of you. I am grateful for both of your impeccable business service and customer relations. Meeting both of you was one of the best parts of working in that area. THANK YOU!

  The new manager, Ralph at the Paoli UPS is awesome. He’s got exceptional customer service. You can tell that he cares about his customer and his team and store. There is a noticeable improvement in this location under his management with customer service.

  I received good attention to my needs. Packing of valuable china was carefully done. The package arrived intact at it's destination when promised . The staff was pleasant.

  This UPS store is the best in the area. It certainly warrants this overdue praising review. Unfortunately, we now live in a society where great customer service and relations is a rarity. It is not like it used to be. — Whether it is service via phone or face to face. I am confident most of you reading this will agree w/ my sentiments. It seems as if no one cares like they used to; No one is willing to go out of their way or that extra mile; No one seems to be enjoying their job and/or work; Many times you may even feel like you are a bother or just a number. SO, when you find the special ones who stand out from the rest, are great at what they do and provide stellar service then they should not go unnoticed. They are deserving of acknowledgment and praise. Drew is outstanding! He’s been present at this store since the opening, and he surely is an asset. He is knowledgeable, efficient, patient, social, and accommodating. AND, kudos to Ralph who I had the pleasure to meet more recently. He added to the store’s excellence. He knows his stuff! This store is ran and managed super well. They are everything excellent customer service stands for. It is not always easy working with the public, but they make it look easy. Thanks so much guys for all your help, your exceptional and consistent service, and your warm and welcoming ways. - Denise :)
