  Went to order 2 subs on 5/26 @ about 3:30. There was only 1 person at the counter. She waited on the person in front of me, made his sub, took his payment. Then I placed my order, she put the meats and cheese on the subs, set them to the side and asked the 2 people behind me what they were getting and started making their order, while mine just sat there, they were not getting toasted. Then when she had theirs ready for the veggies, she finally finished mine. Since when do you just let someone's food sit while you wait on the next customers?? They were not crowded, there was only 1 customer behind them. No excuse! Very poor service!! I have never had a bad experience there. She was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. She should NOT be working at the front counter with customers.

  Ordered on the app, and asked in the comments if I could have a single pepperoni on the side for my dog. They not only did it, but gave me a few to give to her. Both my dog and I were very appreciative!! Worker was mopping when I came in, and was very polite and greeted me!

  I use door dash to order from here fairly often, 80% of the time there's something wrong or missing.

  Did an online order...very to the point...it's there in front of you to keep referencing...but yet they still managed to completely botch my sandwiches!! And I wouldn't be as upset if I had not added a few dollars worth of extra stuff on my sandwich that was not included at all...let alone the free items that weren't included. Come on...it's not that difficult people! Have pride in your job now, or you won't ever have it. Ridiculous, period.
