  I had to return 2 boxes from amazon, amazon gave me 1 label for 2 sets of box, the lady in the fedex said they can only take 1 box because of single return label, but the label said 2 boxes, so i was able to return 1 box, then I contacted amazon and seller, and they said if fedex said that, put the same label for the other box, its because each box is huge so that 2 boxes needed for 1 order, thats why i got 1 label with 2 boxes written on it. so came back to fedex with the remain box with label, she still refused it, i explained to her about it is the label for 2 boxes as it is written, she said even you go to other fedex they going to say same thing. I realized this woman doesnt want to help or trying to figure out the issue, actually it is not a even issue, because it is clearly said 1 return for 2 boxes. Sigh... now im in trouble.

  Today there was a long line and only one person behind the counter. Typically have more staff there and the line moves pretty quick. Person working there was working two registers at a time.

  Huge shoutout to Ethan for his knowledge and quick turnaround when we visited for passport photos on a busy Friday evening. The crew at this location are attentive & assassin-like with execution of any range of customer requests. We will visit again for all of our shipping, packing, and other related needs. Thank you!!!
