The staff are very friendly and always take great care of me. They handle everything quickly every time I visit. Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stopped in on a Saturday approximately 6 minutes after they open. There were two employees working there. One young gentleman wasn't doing much and the older gentleman was waiting on a lady in front of me. The younger man never asked if he could help me. I waited for the older gentleman to wait on the lady in front of me and then I went up to the counter and I asked if they could print a file off of my USB drive on specialty paper. The older gentleman said I don't think we can print on this paper. I said you have done this many times for me in the past. He turned to the young man and said can we do this and the young man said when do you need it by? I said right now. He said we have 20 jobs in front of you would you like to pick them up tomorrow. I looked around the store and nobody else was in there except for me. So I don't understand how a person that is in the store waiting for a job that would take 3 minutes at most was being put in queue behind 20 orders that came in either over the phone or online. I would never visit this place again nor give them any of my money. They seem like they were going out of their way to wait on me and to provide a service to me that I'm willing to pay for.
Very rude and stingy.
I stopped at this location to drop off a prepaid package ($95 express). The lady told me they couldn’t accept it because the box had a hazardous materials label on it.
I explained that I hadn’t noticed the label and was simply reusing the box. The item inside was a plastic toy with no battery. I asked if they could cover or remove the label, but she said no.
I understood, so I went home, completely covered the box with brown packing tape, and brought it back. She still refused to accept it because it was the same box.
She then suggested I purchase a FedEx box for $5. Since I live 30 minutes away and am pregnant, I didn’t want to make another trip, so I agreed. However, the employee then told me to place my entire box inside the new FedEx box.
At that point, I didn’t understand the purpose of buying a new box.
While the guys tried to be polite but the lady was extremely rude and told me to go to “the hub” if I didn’t like their policy, adding that they have cameras.
This was a frustrating experience. I may consider using other carriers in the future, FedEx is not the only option and it is dumb.
